Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew Coming to the Keweenaw
We have been selected to receive a visit from the 2008 Subaru IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) Trail Care Crew ( TCC)! The visit is happening thanks to a collaborative application submitted by the Keweenaw Trekkers, Michigan Tech Trails, Swedetown Bike Trails/Great Deer Chase and Copper Harbor Trails Club.
Kelly and Collins Bishop of the Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew will arrive on July 31st and be here for August 1, 2, & 3 rd. The public is invited to attend the weekend’s events! This is a great opportunity to learn sustainable trail building techniques at a FREE Trail Building School, hear about what's being done around the world, get some valuable consultation on our trails and provide great exposure for our area. Please mark your calendars.
