Updated: Apr 24

Welcome to the official blog of the Copper Harbor Trails Club (CHTC)! Whether you're a seasoned shredder, a casual hiker, or someone who simply loves the Keweenaw's wild beauty, this blog is a great place to get to know our trails and all things CHTC.

Copper Harbor’s trails are world-class, but we know they can be a little overwhelming to newcomers. With miles of singletrack, winding paths, and seasonal changes, even the most experienced trail users can benefit from a little insider knowledge. That’s where this blog comes in.

Beyond the Berm blog is here to provide:

  • Trail Tips & Tricks – Navigation advice, recommended routes, and how to make the most of your adventure.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Looks – Get an insider’s view of our trail-building efforts, maintenance projects, and the people who keep CHTC running.

  • Event & Community Updates – Stay in the loop on upcoming races, rides, and festivals.

  • Sustainability & Stewardship – Learn how we build and maintain trails to be both fun and environmentally responsible.

  • Local Spotlights – Stories about the businesses, volunteers, and community members who make Copper Harbor special.

This is just the beginning. We’ll be rolling out new posts regularly, packed with useful info, exciting stories, and plenty of reasons to get out and explore. Be sure to check back often, and if you haven’t already, follow us on social media for even more updates.

See you on the trails! –CHTC Crew

Knowledge is not only delivered but experienced interactively. The courses are designed to replicate the same quality found in on-site lectures. In discussions about nvq level 3 meaning (National Vocational Qualification), the College of Contract Management pay attention to explaining how it sits within the UK’s qualification framework. The system helps participants interpret the level’s equivalence to A-Level education or advanced vocational study.

Love the emphasis on specificity and next steps. These first-day messages for new hires help build trust, name contacts, and signal culture fast. Easy to adapt across functions and timezones without losing warmth. Adding to our onboarding checklist for consistency.

Great post! I love learning about the latest updates and trails at Copper Harbor. By the way, if anyone is dealing with ant problems, I highly recommend trying Diatomaceous Earth for Ants. It's an all-natural, safe solution for eliminating ants without harmful chemicals. Also, for overall wellness, I’ve been using cds solution to boost my health, and it’s been a game changer! Keep up the great work on the trails, and looking forward to more updates!
